Eric's Manifesto
·
Loyalty to my students devoting myself to their education,
creating a multicultural environment they can trust in.
·
Duty to push them every day by raising educational
goals and standards expected every day, mastering concepts faster every time.
·
Respect the child’s parents, by asking for permission
and signing documents that legally allow for the classroom to be recorded for
reflection purposes.
·
Selfless service by spending hours on end researching
new methods and lessons to use for my own instruction
·
Honor to carry out and live up to these values and
manifesto every day, thus taking one step forward as an educator and person to
become the best that I can be.
·
Integrity by posting average test score compared to
state, and needed average to surpass official commended status on standardized
tests.
·
Personal courage to ask others for information on
grants available to apply for, in order to raise funding for better equipment
in the educational environment, therefore enhancing education itself.
I love the colors! I also like how you were vulnerable and admitted the difficult things to say.
